Research On The Construction Of Police Professionalism

Xi Jin ping,general secretary of the central political work conference stressed that the building has been a firm conviction,law enforcement people,the courage to play,clean and honest judicial team.As a part of the political and legal organs,the public security organs to strengthen the professional construction of public security team,improve the level of professionalism,shoulder the task of building socialism with Chinese characteristics,defenders of the mission.However,the research on the professional construction of police is still at the initial stage in China,what is the professional construction of police and how to construct the police professionalization is the important content of this paper.At present,the police occupation construction is not a mature theoretical system and the construction of occupation assessment criteria,the study on occupation construction content and the realization path to do the specific research,such as:concept,goal,method,guiding the path of practice of building police occupation,occupation standard system construction.In this study,the quantitative research method is used for empirical research,and the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.For example:field visits in various districts of Shanghai special police detachment,SWAT team members and leading cadres to conduct personal interviews and questionnaires,let them talk about the factors restricting the construction of professional police and construction methods.At the same time,this paper uses the method of literature research,expert interviews,comparative study to collect data and analyze and compare.This paper first defines the related concepts of the police occupation and theory,then analyzes the history and development of the process of building occupation of the police in our country,and the construction of the Shanghai district police occupation for the police as the object of investigation,questionnaire,statistics and analysis in F district police detachment in the occupation of in the process of construction,then carries on the analysis and reference of foreign and Hong kong police occupation construction experience,get some inspiration from it,put forward the process of police occupation construction policies and suggestions,such as strengthening police recruiting system,strengthening the police occupation education training,improve the police occupation attainment,occupation morals.Occupation image,deepening the reform of public security system,strengthen the occupation consciousness.As a reference for the construction of Shanghai police occupation,so as to continuously improve the two basic functions of Shanghai city public security management and service and the public,and it has a certain practical significance to the formulation and improvement of shanghai police professional construction.
