The Police Vocational College Development Strategy Research Of Inner Mongolia

In2009, Public Department of China promulgated a document named ((Some Opinions on Strengthening and Improving Training Work in Police Education)) which emphasized the leading, basic and strategic position of the training work in police education in recent period, and disposed how to strengthen and improve the training work in police education in order to build the work system of "big education and big training" with police special features, and how to develop the construction of police colleges completely. To adapt the need of police professional talented persons for the police work in the recent period, our party central government and other related departments carried into execution of the experimental unit work for the development system reform to recruit new Chinese people police. Recurrently this work has already carried out in most provinces, autonomous regions and some cities that have their own direct jurisdiction in China. This reform will be meaningful for solving some problems on police education system and guaranteeing it, therefore it will standardize the systems of how to educate police, how to recruit new police and how to employ police radically, and so this provides necessary assurance of our police groups professional and normal from the beginning.Inner Mongolia Police Vocational College needs to recognize the situation, has explicit direction, firms its confidence, improves its levels, hold the title of reform development tightly, and walks combined together road of police training and police education constantly. According to Inner Mongolia Police Department’s correct and astute leadership and the joint effort of all staff in the college, we should develop our college self-dependently, strive after achievements hard, and run our college thriftily in order to push forward our college’s construction development completely and promote the level of management and training quality of talented persons deeply.As a unique police junior college in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, in the process of’development, it always insists guidelines like the following:to pay attention to the market need, to base on special features of police education, to take teachers group construction as a root; to consider the education quality as a core, to look students as a center, to take ability development as a basis; to create our own brand, special features actively, to become the top-grade with great enterprise, and to adapt a market need continuously. We should educate specialized compound police talented persons with high political level and strong abilities in practice, in this way, we will afford insurance to our Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region’s economy.This thesis does many researches on concept of police vocational education, features and functions, according to the manpower capital principles, economics principles and the pedagogy principles, so author analyses problems deeply about the real situation of police vocational education with above theories’and methods. In addition, this thesis consults successful experience of domestic and international police vocational education, and adopts the useful research results. The author gives farsighted, whole and scientific opinions on police vocational education, he points out strategic targets and ways for education development of Inner Mongolia Police Vocational College. On one hand, the conclusion provides a basis for Inner Mongolia Police Vocational College development decision and programming; on the other hand, it provides a reference for the future development of Inner Mongolia Police Vocational College.
