Administrative Reform In Russia (the Period Of Putin In Power 2000-2008)

Russia suffered a major setback in the 1990-s,it took a great development after entering the new century,the main reason is that Russian leader,after Boris Yeltsin,Vladimir Putin proceeding from national conditions and reality,to expand administrative reform,administrative reform mainly from the two parts,stable regime and institutional reforms.Unlike Mr Yeltsin,Mr Putin's way is a gradual,the reform of the system.The main researching methods in this paper are literature research,empirical description method,comparative method,dialectical materialism and historical materialism,herein generally to methods dialectical and historical materialism as a guide.Starting from the perspective of comparison,two reform-depth study of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin period.Contents of this paper include: Part One: Federal Administrative Reform institutions and the basic purpose of the task;Part Two: Analysis of the Russian Federation government's administrative reforms implemented in phases and characteristics;Part Three: Analysis on the role of the State played in the administrative reform;part Four: reveal the Russian Federation government administration reform and the problems in its thinking.Putin twice during the administrative reform has made certain achievements,but still cause problems,how to optimize the administrative reform of the Russian Federal government is worthy of further study and research.
