The land illegal behavior is one of social transition anomie phenomenon in our country.With the acceleration of urbanization and improvement of living standards,the demand for land resources is growing,and the land as a kind of can't regeneration,limited supply of key production factors,the face of growing demand,has also led to an increasingly tense contradiction between supply and demand of land resources.Committed to this study from the perspective of concise results in the process of urbanization in J city land illegal behavior of the government responsibility for research.In this study,respectively by the method of literature research,case analysis and interview,in the process of urbanization in J city land illegal behavior of the government responsibility research.First of all,in the process of urbanization by means of literature research,summarized the land illegal behavior of the government responsibility,and writing literature review;Secondly,in view of the land illegal activities in the process of urbanization in J city government responsibility flaw performance and characteristics are studied,through the study found that mainly exist in J city sharpening contradictions between the government and the citizens involved in the soil;Law enforcement and rectification difficulties;Found the land illegal approaches the problem of the missing;Again,through the case analysis and interview method in the process of urbanization in J city land illegal behavior Land management system,achievement appraisal system,the government fiscal and taxation system,summarized the research in the study found that in the process of urbanization in J city land management level,such as the lack of land management system,main land illegal and lack of open and transparent mechanism;Based on the achievements appraisal system level,the government department mainly existing performance appraisal system is not perfect,the inspection appointment system owes a reasonable problem;Finally,in view of the J city land illegal behavior is put forward to promote the innovation of the management system,changing the function of local government land tax system and reform measures.Through the study of J city in accordance with all relevant local Suggestions,and facilitate investigation and study in this city and each unit to communicate and exchange.From the domestic research status and the names of many relevant methods in carefully selected,reasonable arrangement,comprehensive treatment,combination of J city situation put forward constructive Suggestions.
