Study On Lin Boqu's Thought Of People's Livelihood(1937-1948)

Since the founding of the Communist Party of China,the People's Liberation,the country's prosperity,and the people's well-being have always been their historical mission.As an important member of the first generation party's leadership collective,Lin Boqun made important contributions to the victory of the Chinese revolution.The Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region was the center of the Chinese revolution from 1937 to 1948.Lin Boqun was the chairman of the Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region government for a long time.His ideas on the development and improvement of people's livelihood provided lessons for enriching and developing socialist people's livelihood thinking.This article starts from the current reality of China's people's livelihood construction,uses a combination of theory and practice,and systematically and deeply explores Lim Chuqu's people's livelihood ideas,summarizes them,and then generates a reference for China's current livelihood construction.The paper is divided into five chapters:In the first chapter,the introduction briefly introduces the basis for the topic selection and the significance of the research.It sums up the research status of Lin Boqu's livelihood thinking at home and abroad,and explains the research methods and innovations.The second chapter analyzes the theoretical source of Lin Boqu's people's livelihood and discusses that Lin Boqu's people's livelihood thought was formed on the basis of critical inheritance of the predecessors' excellent thoughts.The third chapter summarizes the main contents of Lin Boqu's people's livelihood.The core idea of Lin Boqu's people's livelihood is to serve the people wholeheartedly.The specific path is to strengthen political power,develop economic,cultural,educational and public health undertakings and improve the social security system to meet the people's needs for people's livelihood and realize the full and free development of people.The fourth chapter analyzes the characteristics of Lin Boqu's people's livelihood and combs the internal logic of Lin Boqu's people's livelihood.The fifth chapter expounds the contemporary value of Lin Boqu's people's livelihood.The theoretical value is to enrich and develop the Marxist thoughts of people's livelihood,and provide lessons for the development of the socialist people's livelihood.The practical revelation is that we must adhere to the people's livelihood concept of serving the people wholeheartedly.The development of the economy must be synchronized with the improvement of the people's livelihood.We must adhere to the development of education,provide people with cultural standards,and pay attention to and improve the living conditions of disadvantaged groups.
