Research On The Role Of Chinese Trade Unions In Coordinating The Labor Relations Of Private Enterprises

In recent years,the number of Chinese private companies has a significant growing rate,playing a huge part in the development of the national economy and society in general.Even so,there are still aspects of development in private companies that might be error-prone.The relationship between investors and labours is one of them.Considering our country's theoretical approach to study investment relationships is relatively recent,without sufficient academic research,we still do not project a thorough understanding upon this subject.In our long term economic strategies,we prioritize stability over all other aspects,as we did from the very beginning of Chairman Mao's early systematic labour control theory.Over time,national laws and regulations are also established to further secure the growth of private companies and a relatively stable labour investments relationships.Now,following the party's eighteenth's national congress,featuring President Xi's developing philosophy,the national labour union will play a even more vital role in our nation's future growth,as it bridges the two sides: investors and labour.The paper has five sections,the last one as a summary.The first section is an introduction,introduces the research background of labor relations problems in the process of rapid development of Chinese private enterprises in recent years,in the new situation,new opportunities and new challenges,new normal circumstances,further study and research significance of how trade unions play an active role in promoting harmonious labor relations in private enterprises,systematically summarized.On the domestic and foreign enterprise labor relations theory system.The research ideas and methods of this paper are explained,and the innovation points and shortcomings of this paper are pointed out at last.The second section systematically introduces the academic background for readers to understand various relationships in investment cooperations,retrospectively following China's unique communism development.The third section analyzes the current state of domestic private economy,pointing out aspects of underdevelopments,including employment quality control,regulation execution,labour rights and protections acts,etc,and giving possible theoretical explanations and improvements.The fourth section provides two approaches to further stabilize the investment relationships;one as to improve the current laws and regulations and relatable departments' involvement in inspection.The other as to politically utilize the party's leadership,allowing labour unions to better represent its labour's rights and protection through political communication.
