| With the development of economy,more and more convenient transportation and increasing number of motor vehicles are all clearly show that people’s living standards improved significantly.However,we are also sad to find that traffic accidents are more frequent for reasons of a variety of natural disasters and human factors.How does highway traffic emergency management run well is gradually walking into the public vision and becomes one of hot subjects in government governance and academia.Road traffic is important guarantee for an are to promote the economic development.Nevertheless,The sudden traffic accidents not only affects the local economic development,but also causes a lot of loss as well as seriously threaten the safety of public life and property.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to find effective measures to deal with such accidents.This paper,at first,summarizes the basic concepts of highway,highway traffic accidents,highway traffic emergency management and so on,and systematically expatiates on the research on the emergency management of highway traffic accidents at home and abroad,points out the theoretical basis of this paper,including crisis management theory,multi-center governance theory and cooperative theory.Secondly,taking Yueyang City as an example,this paper summarizes the current situation of emergency management of highway traffic in Yueyang City,and finds out that there are three problems in emergency management:relatively weak Management experience,lack of intelligent and efficient information management system as well as emergency management capabilities.The reasons for existence of these problem were analyzed in this part;Next,the domestic and international advanced experience in highway traffic emergency management is summed up and shared.What is more,The paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the emergency management of highway traffic accident and to provide a reference for future researchers,such as,paying attention to carry out the training of emergency consciousness and psychological counseling work,building an efficient intelligent information management system,and enhancing the highway traffic accident Emergency management ability,and strengthening the system guarantee of highway traffic emergency management. |
