Research On Friendly Value Cultivation Of The Current Farmers

In 2012,three proposals were offered explicitly in the report of the 18 th national congress of the CPC,setting “friendly” as the core value,which has been one of the values of individuals.When it comes to 2017,the report of the 19 th national congress of the CPC pointed out that all aspects of society should be integrated into socialist core values and everyone of the people should be involved.While socialist core values were included in constitution in 2018,implying not only the importance of it but also the necessity to intensify citizens' awareness of socialist core values.In the contexts of the transitional period of our society and the boom of the medias,the spurious reports from the Internet can easily trigger moral pessimism and skepticism.While the comprehensive mechanisms of our society have not yet been developed.All these increase our anxieties,leading to ubiquitous hostilities of our society.Under this background,more and more farmers are becoming unfriendly.Since farmers account for a large proportion of the total population of China,the farmers' attitude towards friendly values will clearly determine the range of friendly values.So it is of great significance to study farmers' friendly values for the enrichment of theoretical researches on the socialist core value system,cultivating farmers' good moral sentiments,promoting moral practice and the build of a harmonious and beautiful new countryside.Aiming at cultivating the friendly values of contemporary farmers,four aspects will be discussed in our this work.Chapter 1,introduction.In this section,we explained the background and significance of the thesis,research status,research ideas and methods,innovation and the drawbacks.Based on the literatures,progresses have been made on the research of friendly values.But the academic resources special for farmers' friendly values are.not abundant.Therefore,farmers' friendly values have certain theoretical and practical significances.Meanwhile,it is inevitable that there are imperfects in the discussions because of the relatively scarce research resources.Further investigations about farms' friendly values are needed.Chapter 2,an overview of relevant theories of friendly values.Firstly,basic meanings of friendly values were explained based on its definition,main content and relevant characteristic.Secondly,the theoretical basis of friendship was introduced from three aspects: the classic works of Marxism,Marxism in China,and excellent C hinese traditional culture.Lastly,the significance of fostering farmers' friendly values was clarified according to cultivating new farmers,achieving the target of revitalizing villages and harmony and stability among farmers.Chapter 3,the analysis about the status of fostering farmers' friendly values.The status of fostering and the factors hindering the development of farmers' friendly values was stated.Specifically,the farmers are willing to accept and participate in this process.But,many problems such as the poor initiative learning of the farmers,their misunderstandings of the policies and regulations,the less developed rural economies,the constructions of the primary organizations and the imperfections of rural safeguard mechanisms have deterred them from acquiring knowledges about friendly values,bringing about unfriendly practices.Chapter 4,strategies for fostering farmers' friendly values.Targeting the status of fostering farmers' friendly values and the main problems,the ways of fostering current farmers' friendly values were discussed.The foundations of fostering friendly values should be reinforced.Interiorly,farmers' cultural quality should be improved to enhance capabilities of active study and understanding policies.Externally,grass-roots organization responsibilities should be implemented,publicity be riched,laws and regulations improved,to assure the real implementation of fostering friendly values.At last,the results are more prominent,with the farmers being friendly to others,society,nature and themselves.Along with socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,the fostering of farmers' friendly values should adapt to it so as to propel the constructions of harmonious and beautiful new countryside and our country.
