The Cultivation Of Peasant's Socialist Core Values In New Rural Construction

The key problem of new village construction is solving the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and f peasant. Agriculture, countryside, peasant's question are the entity of a contradiction. Among them, peasant's problem plays an essential role. They are a mainstay to build the socialist new countryside. Without peasants , there are no what is called agriculture and countryside. Without peasants, there are no way to talk about the new village construction of socialism. Therefore, it is very important to foster peasants' Socialist Core Values in new period according to new task and demand. Taking the case of Minquan county, this study starts with the investigation of peasant's value and then analyses the current characteristic and forming reasons of contemporary peasant's value. Meanwhile, it points out the existing problem and deficiency particularly and further points out the realistic meaning that fostering peasant's Socialist Core Values in new village construction step by step. It also probes into the question that how to launch peasant's socialist key values cultivation in the great background of new rural socialist construction. Finally, the study gives some reasonable suggestions about taking peasant's socialist key values cultivation as the key part and accelerating advancing new rural construction of socialism.This study is made up of four parts: First part is basic theory. In this part, it gives the whole summarization of the study from different aspects such as background, aim, method, frame and innovation. In second part, it expounds the important functions and meanings of core values. In this part, it defined the relevant concepts from the scientific opinion. And then, it emphasizes the important meanings of fostering peasant's socialist core values. The third part is questionnaire investigation and status quo analysis. In this part, it educes the status quo of peasant's value, and further analyzes the cause for this status quo. The fourth part brings forward the countermeasure to the status quo. In this part, it believes that they should launch on cultivation of the peasant's socialist core values from five aspects as following. Firstly, it should recognize by the party government. Secondly, it should develop diversiform education propagandize. Thirdly, it should improve the peasant's culture quality. Fourthly, it should enhance the public cultural development in countryside. Fifthly, it should improve primary and senior student's the moral education.
