Research On Public Security Management Of Urban Village In Baiyun District Of Guangzhou City Based On Internet Of Things

As China's urbanization process cont inues to advance and in-depth,a large number of floating population continues to pour into the city.In order to save the cost of living and be easy for work,the urban villages in the suburban area become the first choice to living to the floating population.The economic development,living standard,management style and residents' quality of the urban village are all lagging behind the modern urban areas,leading to the constant catalysis of all kinds of social,economic and public security problems,which make the urban villages to become the gathering area of criminals.The public security management in the urban villages become the issue to be resolved in the urbanization process.At the beginning,the public security organs take a lot of traditional security management measures to improve the security environment in the urban village,including strengthen patrol prevention and control,check the rental housing regularly,register the information of the migrant.However,because of the limited police and the huge number of floating population,the urban village security management has been difficult to improve.In recent years,with the continuous development of information technology,the Internet of Things technology provide a new crack thinking to security management of the urban villages.The research on public security management of urban villages,which is based on the Internet of Things,provides a reference for the effective improvement of the efficiency of public security management and the improvement of the security environment in the urban villages.And it has very positive and important significance to the social stability and the steady development of the economy.This paper takes the security management of the urban villages in Baiyun District in the northern city of Guangzhou as the research object by using the theory of urban management network governance,the theory of urban public management of big data and the Internet of Things,the theory of the new publ ic security management.Through the study of literature,questionnaires,case studies,quantitative analysis,experience summary and other research methods,this paper studies the security management issues of urban village based on the Internet of things.This paper begins with the regional characteristics of Baiyun District in Guangzhou City,the main features of the urban villages in Baiyun District and the current situation of public security management in Baiyun District,and briefly introduces the preliminary exploration of Baiyun Distric to use the Internet of Things technology to strengthen public security management from 2012.This paper analyzes the problems existing in thepublic security management based on the Internet of things in the urban village of Baiyun District.The problems are as follow:The first problem is the quality of the Internet of things is uneven.The second problem is that the information pick-up from citizens through the Internet of things lack protection.The third problem is that various of Internet of things systems make the informatization level low.The fourth problem is that the government and the other related public sector lack Internet of things technology talented person.The fifth problem is that it is difficult to provide the maintenance services of the Internet of things system in time.In this paper,the causes of problems in the application of the Internet of things were analyzed in depth,the main reasons are as follow:Lack of production standards lead to different product quality.Confidential work is not enough,which lead to easy disclosure of citizen information.The initial stage of the Internet of things limit the degree of appl ication of information.The government is lack of specialized personnel and training system for the personnel.Ignore maintenance make it difficult to maintain for a long time.Based on the above analysis,the main countermeasures proposed in this paper are as follows:First of all,it' s important to strengthen overall guidance.Secondly,it needs to pay attention to the great importance to information security and data applications.The third is training professional talents to get hold of the most important part of the technology.The fourth is the,government have to provide enough fund to make sure that each part of the applying have enough fund.The fifth is to operate the maintenance team from the government and the others.
