Design And Implementation Of The Public Security Video Surveillance Operators Managcment System

With the constant development of construction of the "Safe City" video surveillance system,it has become an important task for the public security organs to maintain the surveillance cameras and conduct video investigations.The public security video surveillance operators are responsible for maintaining surveillance cameras and assisting in video investigations,thus supporting the processing and analysis of videos for public security and criminal cases.Thanks to the continuous innovation and development of the management system of video surveillance operators and information management technology,a mobile application system can be designed and implemented for the police officers and video surveillance operators by relying on the Mobile Internet,mobile phone location and other relevant technologies,so as to deepen the reform of the management mode of video surveillance operators,improve the management capability of the video surveillance operator team,and standardize the line patrol maintenance of surveillance cameras and deployment of video surveillance operators.In order to better realize the standardized,refined management of the public security video surveillance operators,after analyzing the daily work and primary work procedures of the video surveillance operators in Fuzhou Public Security Bureau,considering the problems existing in their daily management,such as absence of management and blind spots in supervision,the system user demand is thus analyzed and modeling is made specifically for the police officers and video surveillance operators.Some key techniques are analyzed and discussed systematical.Such as Android Architecture,Mobile location-based services,Baidu Eagle Eye trajectory Android SDK,Json,Restful API,Geo-fencing algorithm,trajectory correction algorithm and so on.By taking advantage of the location-based service provided by Baidu location-based service cloud,as well as the cloud storage service provided by Baidu cloud and Bomb cloud,the location function and database design of the video surveillance operators management system are completed.Eventually,such basic functions as user management,checking-in,field operations,location-based service,interaction and system settings are realized for the video surveillance operators management system,a system designated for the police officers and video surveillance operators.The public security video surveillance operators management system,on the one hand,overcomes the problems of the absence of management and blind spots in supervision of the video surveillance operators by the public security organs in daily management.With the help of a mobile terminal,the police officers can know the checking-in,location and work progress of the video surveillance operators anywhere and anytime,and interact with them through texts,voices,images and videos.On the other hand,the video surveillance operators can obtain the task information through the mobile terminal,know the locations of all team members anywhere and anytime,and interact with team members and the police officers through texts,voices,images and videos.Therefore,the system realizes the results-oriented,refined process management of the video surveillance operators,enhances the maintenance efficiency of surveillance cameras and video investigations,and achieves the win-win results of economic benefit and social benefit.
