| In recent years,The climate change greatly around the world,resulting in frequent incidents of various emergencies,to the countries of the economy and society has brought serious disaster,so that people suffer a double loss of life and property.And with the economic and social development,People’s production and lifestyle had undergone tremendous changes.Which leads to population agglomeration,industry concentration of such social phenomena everywhere,And thus exacerbate the dangers of emergencies.and disaster emergency brings great disaster to the economic and social.This stage put forward severe challenges in the management of emergency rescue resources and optimization.Scientific and reasonable emergency supplies location is timely put forward the premise of emergency rescue plan rapidly.It is a key link for emergency rescue resources benefit maximization.Through the analysis of the research background,the author finds out the problems in the field of emergency rescue in our country,and summarizes the current research situation of the domestic and foreign emergency material reserve database,and clarifies the research direction of this paper.Meanwhile,Through the research on the theory of site selection of emergency material reserves,and focusing on the commonly used location model,this paper lay the theoretical foundation for the later research.According to the location theory research present situation and problems existing in the emergency rescue management,on the basis of combined with the feature of emergency supplies repertory location,This paper puts forward the point of demand the weight problem,the problem of location and reserve classification problem,and build the model respectively,corresponding solutions are given.First of all,in this paper,the disaster points demand weight prediction is studied,using the principal component analysis(PCA)principle,by means of SPSS to solve the demand influence factor of weight,and combined with the feature of demand weights,build demand of weight prediction model,by taking Jilin province as an example,through the Matlab programming to get around the city(area)the demand of the weight.Secondly,combining with the present unique relief timeliness of emergency rescue,as well as the dynamics involved in the process of emergency rescue aid distribution problems,from two aspects of requirements coverage and the optimal path to establish objective function and minimum distance model were built based on demand and based on the model of the optimal path.In the process of model,using immune algorithm to solve the emergency supplies reserve requirements coverage problem in location problem,get primary location decision;And then,Using ant colony algorithm to solve the optimal path problem,based on the reserve classification,determine the final location.Finally,Taking Jilin Province’s emergency supplies storage facilities location as an example,The validity and practicability of the above mentioned location selection model are verified by Matlab programming,and which provides a theoretical basis for the construction of emergency reserve in Jilin Province. |
