The Commanmd And Dispatch System Of Public Security On Location Based Services

The 21st century is information age,information technology security system is an important component of modernization.In order to scientifically and rationally direct command of the most basic combat unit and service jobs,to achieve the rapid response of police intelligence and precision out of the police,to improve the effectiveness of police command,proposed the building of the system.The system uses a unified platform to "110" as the core,the police realize 110,119,122 of three-one basis,through modern information,communication,computer,control and command system,using the advantages and characteristics of GPS and LBS,the use of software engineering methods for design and development,give full consideration to user needs,the primary police force and the full integration of the chain of command to form an integrated disposal capacity.This paper study constructed a set of full control of the information public security command and control system.First,an overview of the issues raised by the theoretical background and practical significance,the study pointed out that the contents of this paper and the main task,then in a large number of related documents and reference materials at home and abroad on the basis of the whole system involved in the theory of knowledge are described in detail and finally from the system architecture,software design process and gateway communication protocols discussed the principles and implementation of the system,and the structure of the various entities studied.Realize a comprehensive monitoring system for dispatching aspect;scheduling of police vehicles;accurately show the location of the vehicle in two-dimensional electronic map;real-time monitoring of vehicle operating conditions.Through the command and dispatch system of public security on location-based services in real-time command and control police to complete the scheduled tasks,making across sectors and between districts to each other,so a unified command and coordination of operations that make the command and control to a new height.System has a functional,simple operation,easy maintenance features,with some creativity.
