Left-behind children in rural areas are both parents or one of them going out,and the children stay in the place where the domicile is registered to live or study,who under the age of 18 and have separated their parents at least six months.In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of left-behind children in rural areas,their guardianship means that when their parents go out to work one or both,then the guardianship transfer the other party or another person or by the state,and the system of supervision of guardianship activities by the state.At present,there are lack of researches on the problem of guardianship of left-behind children in rural areas,most of them based on the joint efforts of the family,school and society.It is undoubtedly an important focus of its strategy to protect and solve the problem.But are there have other deeper forms of guardianship?There are many unsolved "difficult and complicated diseases" in the custody of left-behind children,so we should pay more attention to the study of them.That is the extension of the academic level,and it conducive to the physical and mental health of left-behind children in rural areas,and it also plays a positive guiding role the harmony to the whole rural society.Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory includes physiological needs,safety needs,belonging and love needs,self-esteem needs and self-actualization needs.In this study,left-behind children are placed in the thought of "humanism".According to Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,it corresponds to left-behind children guardianship one by one.There are include the physiological guardianship of left-behind children,the safety guardianship of left-behind children,the belonging and love guardianship of left-behind children,the self-esteem guardianship of left-behind children,and the self-actualization guardianship of left-behind children.Through the combination of theoretical research and empirical research,first of all,we should understand the current situation of guardianship of left-behind children.It is concluded that there are lack of physiological needs,lack of safe needs,lack of belonging and love needs,lack of respect needs,and lack of self-realization needs.While the satisfaction of the need has great plasticity,from the perspective of Maslow's hierarchy of needs," Food,clothing,housing and transportation " improve the physical needs,the body and mind casting attacks itssafe lack,love and being loved fill the belonging and love needs,respect themself and respect others to complement the self-esteem needs,and self-improvement to inspires the potential for self-realization,so this paper puts forward the corresponding and reference suggestions for the problem of left-behind children in rural areas' guardianship.
