Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Guardianship Of The Left Behind Children In Rural Areas

As an economically underdeveloped city in the western region,Tianshui has a low level of industrialization.More and more new generation of migrant workers choose to work in the eastern and other economically developed areas,leaving their childr en to the rural home,forming a large number of rural left behind children.Through the empirical study on the village of left behind children in L town of Tianshui,274 rural left behind children in three administrative villages,A,B and C are investigated,and the monitoring mode and monitoring status of the rural left behind children in L town of Tianshui are analyzed,and the various factors that restrict the protection and protection of the rights and interests of the rural left behind children are revealed and the main body of the responsibility is discussed.Such as the government,village collective,family,social forces and so on how to better protect the guardianship rights of rural left behind children.On the basis of social support theory,family system theory and social mutual construction theory,this study collects information by means of literature,questionnaire and interview.Through field investigation,this paper analyzes the status and problems of rural left behind children in L Town,and finds out L town through the analysis of the results of investigation and interview.The guardianship of the left behind children in rural areas mainly includes custody,single parent guardianship,entrustment guardianship and peer custody.Under the existing guardianship,the left behind children face the problems of daily life pressure,fragile mind,security threat,Behavior Anomie and so on.At the same time,the right to survival,development and equality are violated.In view of the problems of imperfect guardianship law of rural left behind children,lack of guardianship function of rural left behind children,lack of supervision function of rural left behind children and lack of social supervision in rural left behind children,some thoughts are put forward to improve the guardianship system of rural left behind children: We will improve laws and regulations on the supervision of left-behind children in rural areas,strengthen the family supervision of left-behind children in rural areas,strengthen the state supervision of left-behind children in rural areas,and strengthen social supervision of left-behind children in rural areas.The responsible parties,the government,the family and all sectors of society should play an active role in an timely manner so as to improve the custody of left-behind children in rural areas and ensure their legitimate rights and interests can be realized.
