Research On The Path Of Expanding Middle Income Groups In China Under The View Of Shared Development

The majority of the middle income group is the ideal society.Looking around the developed countries,the "olive" social distribution pattern dominated by middle income group has been achieved.After the reform and opening up,China has also quickened the pace of expanding the middle income group.The essence of expanding middle income group is to realize the fairness and justice of social distribution,promote the sharing of people’s interests and realize common prosperity.Especially in the current our country is at the stage of runoff to build a well-off society in an all-round way,continue to expand middle income group is at the top of the communist party of China governing design,is also the entire Chinese people to realize the realistic need,which the benefit sharing.18 the fifth plenary session put forward the concept of Shared development as the ultimate value of social development,is the starting point and the foothold,five big concept in order to realize the well-off society in an all-round way and realize common prosperity for the value orientation.Concept of Shared development contains the expansion of middle income group,realize all the people sharing the connotation of the message,moderate income group is expanding and embodies the Shared development goals to pursue,the unified to build a well-off society in an all-round way and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the great practice.Since the reform and opening up,China’s middle income group has been from scratch,and has begun to scale.The expansion of the middle income group has strongly promoted economic development and social stability in China.But success at the same time,should also see the size of the middle income group does not tally with the current China’ s overall economic development level,moderate income group is too small,developmental delay,and the ideal pattern of social distribution is far,to a certain extent weakened the Shared value concept.In this paper,guided by the concept of Shared development,using the method of combining theory and practice of analyzing the plight of moderate income group is expanding,mining the cause of the obstacles to moderate income group is expanding,seek the path of expanding the middle income group.With the rapid and steady growth of the middle income group,the "olive" income distribution pattern is formed.Paper core content is divided into three parts:the first part elaborates the moderate income group is related to the concept of Shared development theory,theory of middle income group from the expansion of the middle income group theory origin,the division of middle income groups,carries on the definition of basic concepts.The theory of Shared development theory mainly elaborates the main content and theoretical characteristics of Shared development concept.Then,the relationship between the two is explained,which lays the foundation for the following development.The second part analyzes the present situation of China’ s middle income group,and then from the incremental insufficient,lack of spiritual support,subjective identity is not enough and lack of stock analysis of the plight of moderate income group is expanding,and targeted to study the causes of these difficulties.The third part talk about how to realize the sharing of "expanding",insist on combining theoretical dimension and practical dimension,first put forward to expand the middle income group should adhere to the principle of theoretical guidance,and then on the basis of theoretical guidance,from the expansion of the main body of moderate income group,scope,responsibilities and process for the concrete path of the moderate income group is expanding.
