After the reform and opening up,China's economy has achieved rapid development.Since 2010,China's GDP has surpassed Japan and become the world's second largest economy.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the main contradictions in our society have been transformed into contradictions between the people 's growing need for a better life and unbalanced and insufficient development. The overall productivity of society has improved, but there are problems such as uneven distribution of benefits between different groups and different regions. The dual urban-rural system makes the income gap between urban and rural residents larger.Although the shortcomings of the dual system have been eliminated to a certain extent, the large income gap between urban and rural residents has become an important factor restricting China's economic development. The imbalance between urban and rural development restricts the pursuit of a better life for urban and rural residents. The concept of shared development is a development concept based on China's national conditions and based on China's national conditions, summarizing China's development experience and requiring the ruler to be people-oriented,to improve people's living standards and achieve common prosperity.Sharing the fruits of reform and development. The communiqué of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee pointed out: "Resolutely win the battle against poverty and establish a long-term mechanism for solving relative poverty." The communiqué first proposed "relative poverty".When the dual urban-rural system in China has not been completely eliminated, the most important thing to solve the relative poverty is to narrow and ease the income gap between urban and rural residents. This will become the main task of poverty alleviation in the future and will be a long-term task. Therefore, the shared development concept is an important way to narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents, and narrowing theincome gap between urban and rural residents is also the only way to practice the shared development concept. This article explores the income gap between urban and rural residents in Jilin Province under the concept of shared development, and makes a systematic discussion. It consists of six parts. The first part introduces the background and significance of the topic selection, the current research situation at home and abroad, research methods and the innovations and deficiencies in this article. The second part is to make a connotative interpretation of the shared development concept and income distribution theory, and explore their internal relationship. The third part is to explore the source of Marxism of the shared development concept and the thinking of shared development of Chinese Marxism, review the research of Marxist classic writers on income distribution theory,urban-rural relationship theory, and Kuznets curve theory,urban-rural dualism Economic model theory. The fourth part uses the urban and rural data of Jilin Province to make an in-depth analysis of the development and status of the income of urban and rural residents in Jilin Province, analyzes the income structure of residents in Jilin Province, and uses the development concept as the main entry point to explore the factors that affect the income gap between urban and rural residents. The fifth part is to follow the concept of shared development as an important follow-up and put forward policy recommendations to narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents. This includes resolutely implementing the concept of shared development, creating a fair and just institutional environment and a legal environment, advocating the building of shared values, and enhancing the overall awareness of sharing to promote urban and rural development. It is necessary to strengthen the basic position of agriculture, accelerate the development of secondary and tertiary industries, coordinate the development of urban and rural financial industries, and taxation policy support. We must also strengthen the support of vulnerable groups in rural areas and improve the rural pension and medical system.Sharing teaching resources, improving the urban and rural employment system, and promoting the revitalization of rural talents, etc.,in order to narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents and prevent the intergenerational transmission ofincome gap.The sixth part, conclusion,is a summary of the full text research content and research conclusion.
