The Current Situation And Practice Approach Of Publicity Of Procuratorial Legal Instruments

The publicity of procuratorial legal instruments is to protect the people's rights to know and supervise the procuratorial work,deepen the transparency of procuratorial work,standardize the handling of cases,and promote impartial enforcement.At the same time,it can encourage the procurators to enhance judicial concept and regulate law enforcement.Also it will play an positive role in making procurators professional and elite.Supreme People's Procuratorate has issued a series of related regulations about the publicity of procuratorial legal instruments.This paper summarizes and elaborates category,current status and the existing problems of publicity of procuratorial legal instruments.On this basis,this paper takes Shandong People's Procuratorate,Weifang People's Procuratorate and Gaomi People's Procuratorate as samples,trying to sum and analyze the current status,effects,and the existing problems of publicity of procuratorial legal instruments in practice.Finally,the paper puts forward suggestions and concrete measures,in order to improve transparency of procuratorial work and the credibility of procuratorial law enforcement.
