On The Right Of Charitable Donators

As an important part of charity,charitable donation has long been the main part of charity.With the development of society and people's charitable donations and awareness of charitable donations,China's philanthropy has developed rapidly,and China's charitable donations have become higher and higher.While people's enthusiasm for charitable donations has increased and the country's philanthropy has developed rapidly,the abuse of charitable donations and the damage to the rights of charitable donors have repeatedly occurred,which has adversely affected the development of charities in China.The promulgation of the"Charity Law of the People's Republic of China" has provided a new opportunity for the protection of the rights and interests of charitable donors.It has carried out more specific and systematic regulations for the development of philanthropy,the regulation of charitable acts,the strengthening of charity management,and the strengthening of legal responsibilities.However,the rights of charitable donors are still less focused.There are still many problems in protecting the rights of charitable donors and promoting the realization of charitable donors' rights.Charitable donation has the status of the foundation of modern charity,charitable donation without charitable donors is undoubtedly the water without a source,and charity without charitable donations is no doubt as a tree without roots.The key to the vigorous development of modern charity is to protect the rights of charitable donors.Therefore,the author chooses to conduct research on the theme of "Charitable Donor Rights Research".Apart from the introduction and conclusion,this article also has four chapters.The first chapter is an overview of the rights of charitable donors.This section analyzes the definition of charitable donations,charitable donors,and the rights of charitable donors.The second chapter is an analysis of the current status of charitable donors' rights in China.This part of the content begins with China's "Charity Law of the People's Republic of China"to begin a comprehensive analysis of the specific rights enjoyed by charitable donors in China,and then focuses on the major shortcomings of the realization of charitable donors in China.The third chapter is the legislation and enlightenment of the rights of foreign charitable donors.It analyzes the rights of charitable donors and the protection of the rights of charitable donors from the laws of the United Kingdom and the United States,which are charity donating countries.It tries to find the rights and guarantees of charitable donors in China.The mechanism has experience for reference.The fourth chapter is the proposal to improve the system of protecting the rights of charitable donors in China.Some suggestions have been made from the aspects of the improvement of the relevant supporting systems of the "People's Republic of China Charity Law",the strengthening of the "People's Republic of China Charity Law" law enforcement supervision system,and the expansion of judicial relief channels.
