Research On Network Populism Governance From The Perspective Of Ideology Security

With the rapid increase in the number of netizens and the rapid development of new media on the Internet,the Internet industry has become an important channel for people to participate in politics and discuss politics.Populism,a trend that has deeper roots in China,has also begun to take root in the Internet.Populism The combination with the Internet has profoundly affected the ideological security of our country.Since the 18 th National Congress of the People's Republic of China,ideological work has been relocated to an important position.President Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed that ideological security concerns the party's ruling fate.This article hopes to search for populist governance in cyberspace through research on ideological security related theories and examples,with certain practical and theoretical significance.In this paper,by reading the literature and collecting information,we recognize that populism has irrational qualities and interferes with mainstream ideological discourse power.This article argues that cyber populism is not lost.To a certain extent,cyber populism is showing “cohesion”.Cyber populism is not just a trend of thought.It is profoundly affecting people's ways of thinking and the reality.Political attitude.This article uses Marxist ideology related theories,and through combing the populist theory of cyberspace and its development context,this article analyzes the meaning and characteristics of cyber populism and combines Althusser's ideological state machine theory with Althusser's theory.Institutions,discourses,and culture are all ideological state machines of non-entity institutions.Based on this,this article aims at the impact of cyber populism and establishes the analytical framework of cultural ideology security-system ideology security-discourse ideology security.This is an innovation of this article.This article thinks that the security of institutional ideology is the core of national ideological security.Discourse ideological security is the extension of national ideological security.Cultural ideological security is the foundation of cultural identity.All three aspects affect people's understanding of the reality of politics.Emotions and evaluations influence and counteract political entities and endanger our country's political security.This article dissects cyber populism and proposes corresponding governance measures.
