With the boost of socialist market economy, the reform and open up policy has been implemented for forty years. The two documents, one approved by the First Meeting of the Nineteenth Central Leading Group on Deepening Reform in an All-round Way in 20,11,2017 and one printed and distributed by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, laid the foundation for the strengthening of the supervision and management system of state-owned assets. And being the first document of the communist Party after the Nineteenth Central Leading meeting on Deepening Reform and the first act of 2018 supervision of state-owned assets reform, those documents show how important the supervision system of state-owned assets for Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.Playing a prominent part in the economy of China,state-owned assets' loss has brought disadvantages to the development of our economy, which should be well aware and solved.Nowadays, the SOE reform's becoming deepened has reveled more problems in the supervision of state-owned assets;ambiguity in determining main body and in matching responsibilities, lack of supervision methods and incompleteness in supervision system;leading to a sever loss of state-owned assets. And in order to circumvent the loss of state-owned assets to a maximum extent, the draft and the implementation of a more complex and all-covering state-owned assets supervision law is of great necessity. This thesis, first, introduces relevant knowledge of the supervision of state-owned assets, and then analyzes existing problems of the supervision of state-owned assets in our country on the basis of existing theoretical knowledge, and puts forward solutions and suggestions accordingly, and last makes a conclusion on the whole thesis and further explains the limitations and creativity of this thesis, and proposes suggestions on improving and completing the state-owned assets supervision system.
