China has always adhered to the principle of independent judiciary trials. However,in recent years, the use of joint letter to promote the change of judicial decisions has occurred frequently. This can not help but suspect that public opinion has really interfered in the administration of justice. Our country is a country with strong humanities.Human ethics is one of the important factors in adjusting social relations. The willingness expressed by most people is actually the requirement of the ethical rules of these people. That is,the actual will of the people is based on the people. The willingness to generate their own values and ethics. These public opinions express their requests to the court through a joint letter or a petition. After the courts have collected these opinions, they respond to them. This complete public opinion influences the process of judicial and judicial response to public opinion is the content to be studied. This phenomenon has developed in practice. Therefore,it cannot be satisfied with the analysis and analysis at the theoretical level. It must be analyzed by combining the specific causes and influences of the typical cases in practice in order to better summarize its typical characteristics.Public opinion must be the product of the will of the people. However, due to the limited legal quality of its subjects, public opinion is also mixed in public opinion. When public opinion enters the judiciary,it may play a role in supervising the judiciary and its staff and reduce erroneous judgments and judicial corruption.Due to the limited awareness of public opinion, the most intuitive justice is often pursued, that is,public opinion helps promote substantive justice. The correct expression of public opinion enables the voice of the masses to be better expressed and the benign interaction between the masses and the judiciary. But in the same way,if excessive judicial interference in judicial affairs even restricts the administration of justice,it is likely to create a higher level of injustice, affect the independence of the judiciary, challenge judicial authority and credibility, and may even destabilize the judicial system in China.Public opinion has become a means for people with ulterior motives to interfere in the administration of justice. The motives that led to their proper supervision of the proper exercise of justice eventually became obstacles to the development of justice. After fully analyzing the influence of public opinion on the judicial production,it is necessary to grasp the balance between public opinion and judicial influence, and to improve the judicial response mechanism to public opinion so as to maximize the positive influence of public opinion on the judiciary.
