Study On The Adaptation Mechanism Of Party Construction And Enterprise Governance Structure In State-owned Enterprises

As the master of the national economic lifeline,the state-owned enterprises play a vital role in the stability of the country's economy and the security of social welfare.With the reform of the economic system,China has introduced the experience of the development of Western companies.On the basis of the improvement of the modern enterprise system,China has integrated into the Chinese enterprises.With the popularity of the new system,the party organizations in China's state-owned enterprises continue to play the core role of leadership,and have been tested and challenged.In view of the weakening and marginalization of the status of the party organizations in the state-owned enterprises,the nineteen reports clearly put forward that "unswervingly and comprehensively and strictly governing the party,and constantly improving the party's ability to govern and the level of leadership."
