Lenin’s Political System Reform Thought In His Later Years

On the basis of the proletarian revolutionary theory,Marx and Engels advocated the establishment of a proletarian political power.However,unfortunately,they did not specify the specific road for national construction.After the success of the October Revolution in Russia,the Soviets established the first proletarian state in the weak link of imperialism,marking the official landing of the socialist regime on the political stage of the world.After that,the Soviet Union’s first priority is how to build a socialist country.Thus,after leading the successful proletarian revolution,Lenin began to think about how to carry out socialist construction and consolidate the proletarian political power.Lenin inherited the Marx and Engels state doctrine,combined with Soviet reality at the time,formed a series of national construction ideas.Since the implementation of the new economic policy,Lenin has rethought the drawbacks of the operation of the socialist system,further deepened his understanding of the socialist political system,and put forward the idea of political system reform,promoting the further development of the theory of the construction of socialist countries also has strong reference value and research value for the construction of the power of other countries in the world.Therefore,domestic and foreign academic circles have actively explored and studied Leninist ideas,especially their socialist ideas in their later years.The idea of political system reform is the main part of the country’s construction theory,and it is Lenin’s reconsideration of the Soviet Union’s socialist construction practice.Therefore,this paper selects Lenin’ s political system reform thought in his later years to study and analyze the reasons for its failure in practice so as to achieve reference.At this stage,China’s modernization drive has been gradually pushed forward,and the pace of political restructuring has also been accelerating.It has gradually entered the deep-water reform zone and the situation is even more complicated.Learning to understand Lenin’s political system reform thought has important contemporary significance for China’ s socialist political system reform.This article adopts the literature method.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the relevant research of the paper and analyzes its significance.The second part is the reasons and theoretical basis for the formation of Lenin’s political reforms in his later years.He analyzes the reasons for Russia’s international and domestic reality,combining the political theory of Marx and Engels with Lenin’s previous socialist construction,explain the origin and foundation of Lenin’s political system reform ideas in his later years.The third part mainly discusses the content of Lenin’s political system reform in his later years,including the five aspects of party and government division,streamlining of institutions,prevention of power concentration,elimination of bureaucracy,and improvement of the quality of cadres,explain in detail the main content of Lenin’s political system reform.The fourth part analyzes Lenin’s practical inheritance and differences in his political system reform ideas in his later years.in the fifth part,it draws a reasonable core,which is used in the political system reform practice in China today to reflect contemporary enlightenment.
