Research On The Legal Psychology Of The Participants In Mass Incidents

With the further deepening of China's reform and opening up,social contradictions have been highlighted and intensified,and results mass incidents.Mass incidents have affected the social stability of our country.The legal psychology of mass incident's participates is an important factor that causes the intensification of mass incident.The author find that mass incident's participates have widespread legal nihilism,legal loopholes,the law does not punish numerous offenders,legal rights and other legal psychological imbalance.And in the analysis of nearly 10 years of large-scale mass incidents that are involved in legal psychology can contribute to the formation of common purpose groups,increase the chances of rumour,easy to form a unified attack and induced illegal gathering,violence and aggressive behavior.This not only challenges the authority of the law,,but even the social order.There are some legal psychological reasons for the participants.They are mainly influenced by traditional ideological culture,legal belief,imperfect related laws,judicial and law enforcement.The traditional ideology and culture,due to the long-term "right above the law" this ingrained thought,legal psychology prone to legal nihilism;and in contemporary society for legal education does not attach importance to the lack of legal belief of the public;legal aspects,related legislation,the quality is not high and the petition system lag is the main cause of legal incidents the problems;the administration of justice,the unreasonable judicial injustice and judicial costs weakened the credibility of the judiciary;law enforcement,due to extreme performance difference and the way of law enforcement often makes law enforcement is not in place to implement.Therefore,starting with the need of legal psychology to guide the group event participants from the following aspects:to overcome the negative influence of traditional culture,strengthen the citizen's belief in the rule of law,improve the group event related law,to enhance the credibility of the judiciary and promote the implementation of the system construction,the group events can be effective to prevention and treatment,so as to maintain the stability of society.
