The Interpretive Study On Inner-party Political Culture Of CPC

The intraparty political culture of the Communist Party of China is a deeper,more commanding concept which was put forward under the overall idea of comprehensively strengthening Party discipline.In this paper,an interpretive research paradigm is used to explore the intraparty political culture of the CPC in a rational way,The interpretive study of political culture in the party is devoted to trying to solve the problem of “What is the intraparty political culture?”.Through combing and logical derivation from culture to political culture and then to the intraparty political culture of the CPC,the intraparty political culture is the orientation model which guides and generates from all political activities in all levels of the CPC and all political behaviors of all party members.It mainly refers to the sum of spiritual achievements,including ideological beliefs,values,emotions and principles in four areas.The intraparty political culture of the CPC is based on the guidance of Marxism,based on the fine traditional Chinese culture,the revolutionary culture as the source,and the socialist culture as the main body,and fully reflects the party’s culture of the CPC.The intraparty political culture of the CPC is an extension of culture and political culture.It has the general characteristics of culture and political culture,but it also has its salient features,such as strong practicality,long-term gradual change,and its own obvious rheology.The main objects of the intraparty political culture are the party’s organizations at all levels and all party members.The intraparty political culture produced in their practice is consistent in the general direction,but there is a certain degree of difference.Given the scope of intraparty political culture,the extent of its functions should not be too wide.The main value functions are: guiding politicalactivities and political behavior within the party,leading social political culture,and guiding the unity of the Party’s class nature and advanced nature.
