The Structural Analysis And Path Optimization Of The Political Culture Within The CPC

The inner-party political culture of the Communist Party of China is an important component of the party's political construction.It is also the result of the development of the Party's construction in the new era.The construction of political culture within the party is in line with the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and the new requirements of the State for Party building in the new era.Since the Sixth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the proposition of inner-party political culture for the first time,a series of progress has been made in the theoretical interpretation and path analysis of inner-party political culture.In his report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping once again stressed the important position and role of political culture within the party.In the new era,the development of positive and healthy inner-party political culture is the basic work of building a good political ecology,and the research on the construction of inner-party political culture will further enrich and deepen the theory of Party construction in the new era.Guided by the theory of political construction of the party,based on the theory of political culture and taking the theory of structural stratification of culture as the basic clue,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the source,main body and structural elements of the carrier of political culture within the party,this paper probes into the construction of the inner-party political culture of the Communist Party of China from three aspects:The realistic situation,the existing problems and the optimized path.Firstly,the concept definition is taken as the logical starting point of the research,and the definition of the inner-party political culture is put forward on the basis of the interpretation of the related concepts of the inner-party political culture and the absorption of its excellent research results,point out the basic point that this article studies around.The differentiation and analysis of the related concepts of the inner-party political culture can define the unique nature of the inner-party political culture from the scope,nature,content structure and so on,so as to clarify the concrete connotation of the inner-party political culture of the CPC.The inner-party political culture is a set of political cognition,political evaluation,political emotion and political value that is popular in a certain period within a political party,taking the state,system and behavior culture as the carrier,the active and healthy inner-party political culture plays an important role in the inner-party political ecology.Secondly,the overall layout of the article is planned by theoretical interpretation,and the party's political construction theory provides directional guidance for the construction of political culture within the Party and clarifies its nature.The study of political culture theory provides reference for defining the concept of political culture within the Party and determines its research methods.On the one hand,the theory of cultural structure stratification analyzes the level of the source of political culture within the party,on the other hand,it also provides a way for the construction of political culture within the party.On the basis standards and strict requirements for Party members.In the aspect of cultivating carrier,if the material carrier,the system carrier and the behavior carrier are not fully developed and utilized,it will inevitably lead to the weakening of the effect from ideological and theoretical education to practical practice,the final impact on the party's political and cultural construction of the actual results.This needs us to pay attention to the material culture excavation,the protection and the propaganda,consummates the system standard formulation and the implementation,simultaneously also must give full play to the behavior carrier education guidance function.The construction of the inner-party political culture of the Communist Party of China is a long-term and meticulous project.It requires every party member to stick to his ideals and beliefs and practice the values of the communists.It requires our party to develop,cultivate and practice multi-directional strength,only by forming the resultant force of construction can we truly form a positive and healthy inner-party political culture and realize the construction of the party's advanced nature.
