Research On The Strategy Of Integrating"red Culture"into The Education Of The Party Spirit Of College Student Party Members

On the basis of the research background and significance of integrating the red culture into the party spirit education of the party members of the university students,the paper analyzes the red color culture and the party spirit education of the college student party members by combining the literature arrangement with the field investigation,combining the theoretical analysis with the empirical analysis,and combining the qualitative analysis with the quantitative analysis.The internal connection of education lays the theoretical foundation for this study.At the same time,I investigated and interviewed the actual situation of the integration of red culture into the party spirit education of college student party members,and objectively analyzed the achievements and existing problems of the current red culture integrated into the party party spirit education work of college students,and then analyzed the causes of the problems.On this basis,it finally put forward a more complete whole.The red culture is integrated into the education strategy of party spirit cultivation among college students.This article is divided into four parts.The first part of the introduction mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research ideas,research background and innovation,and summarizes the relevant research results of domestic scholars,and provides a series of important materials for this study.The second part:This paper introduces the related contents of red culture into the education of party spirit of college students,mainly including the connotation,composition and basic characteristics of the red culture,and defines the related concepts of the party spiriteducation of the party members.Then it analyzes the relationship between the red culture and the party spirit education of the college students: the red culture is an important education resource for the party members of the college students,and the party spirit education of the party members is an important carrier of the application of the red culture.Finally,this study is based on the theory of "Marx's Party character cultivation" "the theory of Marx's cultural construction" and "the comprehensive development of Marx's theory".The third part:Through an empirical investigation,we find that the red culture is integrated into the education of party spirit among college students and has achieved certain results.At the same time,I found in the investigation that there are three problems in the integration of red culture into the education of Party members of college students: "the integration of content is not enough","the innovation of integration way is not enough",and "the imbalance of integration effect".The reasons for these problems are that one is that part of the main body's attention is not high,the subjective consciousness of the integration is not strong;two,the mechanism of integration is not perfect,the standardization of the system operation is not enough;the three is the complex and changeable social environment,and the interference of the negative influence factors is more.The fourth part:On the basis of the analysis of the problem of integrating the red culture into the education of the party members of the college students,this paper puts forward the strategies for the integration of red culture into the party spirit education of the college students: the clear integration of the principles,the standardization of the educational process,the improvement of the operating mechanism,the strengthening of the educational guarantee,the mining of red resources and the enrichment of the content of education;We should enhance the degree of attention and strengthen self education,and use four channels to give full play to their respective functions.
