Research On Ideological And Political Education Work In Urban Community

During the past 40 years of reform and opening up,profound changes have taken place in the political,economic,cultural and other fields of our country.With the continuous improvement of the level of globalization and the rapid development of information technology,ideological and cultural exchanges and exchanges have become more frequent in the world.All kinds of ideological trends are complicated and agitated each other,and people's ideas are more diverse,diverse and changeable.At the same time,with the acceleration of people's life rhythm and the obvious increase of life pressure,the individual psychological behavior problems and the social problems caused by them become increasingly prominent.The bad social emotions and social contradictions occur from time to time,added many challenges to condense social consensus and maintain social environment stability and harmony.As a microcosm of society,the community is the main space for the production and life of the majority of the population in our country,and it is also the most direct and important bridge and link between the Party and the government and the masses of the people.Doing the ideological and political work in urban communities thoroughly and meticulously,combining the solution of ideological problems with the practical difficulties,resolving all kinds of contradictions and problems at the grass-roots level and to solve them in the bud state.It is of great practical and long-term significance to improve the quality of the residents,to promote the all-round development of people,to resolve the contradictions at the grass-roots level,to maintain social harmony and stability,to consolidate the ideological consensus and to consolidate the ruling foundation of the Party.This paper selects the ideological and political work of five communities in Wutaizi Subdistrict,Xishi District,Yingkou as a concrete case,and makes use of the combination of theoretical research and empirical research,on the basis of straightening out the related concepts and characteristics of ideological and political work in urban communities and its significance to the individual,society and country,Summing up the basic experience of the ideological and political work in these five communities,analyzing and finding out the main problems existing in it,and then from the aspects of work content,system and mechanism,team building and working methods.This paper puts forward some general countermeasures and ideas for strengthening and improving the ideological and political work in urban communities.
