Research On The Influence Of Public Pension On The Family Mutual Insurance

The aging trend of China society is irreversible.The endowment problem become increasingly prominent.The aging population and urbanization are the dual challenges faced by our pension system.The report of the 19th National Congress proposes to strengthen the construction of the social security system and complete the construction of a multi-level social security system covering the entire population,urban and rural co-ordination,clear rights and responsibilities,appropriate protection,and sustainability in accordance with the requirements of pocket lines,weaving dense networks,and construction mechanisms.It put forward new requirements and new goals for the construction of China's social endowment insurance system.Our society pays more attention to the living conditions of the elderly.We should create a social atmosphere that honors the old and respects the elderly,and promote the social fashion of respecting the elderly and helping the elderly.To achieve the goal requires the care of the family and the concerted efforts of the entire society.It is also necessary to strengthen the pension insurance system.This thesis divides the family mutual insurance service into three dimensions:economic support,life care,and spiritual comfort.The data used in this thesis is the data from the China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)in 2016.It systematically examines the impact of China's social endowment insurance system on family mutual services.Based on qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,it can be concluded that pensions are significantly squeezed out the middle-Aged children's financial support for the elderly.The pasion plays a positive role in the middle-Aged children's spiritual comfort,and has a significant negative impact on the cares from middle-Aged children.Our country has entered an aging society without adequate preparation.The development of social security system is lagging behind the actual demand.Due to the large aging population in China,any single pension model cannot solve the existing problems.Based on the analysis conclusions,this thesis puts forward suggestions on how to deal with China's aging problem.Firstly,we need to improve multi-pillar and sustainable pension insurance system.Second,we must promote the rural pension insurance system.The rural endowment insurance and urban social security system should be linked together.Finally,we must promote the fine traditions of honoring the elderly and strengthen the humanistic care for the elderly.We will promote the deepening reform of the social security system in the new era to increase the well-being of the elderly and make them more contented.
