Analysis On The Moderate Supply Of Social Pension Service In China

Since China entered an aging society in 1999,it has grown into a country with the largest population of the elderly and the fastest ageing population in the world.Responding to an aging population has become imminent.With the continuous increase in the ageing of the population and the continuous emergence of social problems in the elderly,facing such a large number of elderly populations,meeting their diversified needs for providing aged care services,and providing appropriate old-age care services are major challenges for the Chinese government.Since the 12 th Five-Year Plan,China has proposed the establishment of a social pension service system based on home-based pensions,relying on community-based pensions,and supplementing institutional pensions.Due to the implementation of the family planning policy,the family structure in China has changed,the traditional family pension function has weakened,and the demand for elderly social care services has gradually increased.The supply of China's social pension services has also put forward higher requirements.From the two aspects of macro and micro,this paper analyzes the present situation of the supply and demand of social endowment service in our country,establishes a moderate level model of social service for the aged in China,analyses and calculates the current situation of the supply level of social endowment service in China,and finally predicts the level and the moderate level of the service supply of the society in the next ten years.Trend.According to the results of the analysis and calculation,from the government finance,policy and regulations,multi supply and other perspectives,put forward rationalization countermeasures and suggestions to further promote the development of social endowment service in China.This paper mainly includes six parts:First,it clarifies the background and significance of the supply of social endowment services in China.Secondly,it briefly describes the domestic and foreign related research on the supply level of social endowment services,although scholars at home and abroad have studied the social endowment service system and the level of supply and demand,but less research on its supply level.Therefore,the research of this paper is of practical significance;thirdly,it introduces the research content and the research methods used in this paper;finally,it shows the innovation point and the possible shortcomings of this study.The second chapter is theoretical basis and related concepts.This paper studies the appropriate level of the supply of social endowment services.It is necessary to define the concept of social old-age service,social endowment service system and supply.At the same time,it selects the theory of population aging stage,social endowment service theory,welfare diversification theory and social insurance.The theory of barrier moderate level is the theoretical basis of this study.The third chapter of China's social endowment service supply level,in order to be able to scientifically and rationally calculate the level of our current social endowment service supply,this article from the human,financial and material three aspects,including human capital supply,financial capital supply,institutional facilities supply,through the social endowment service of our country,money,The supply of money is quantified to comprehensively reflect the current supply situation of social pension services in China.The fourth chapter is the construction and empirical research of the appropriate level of social endowment service in China.This part is the innovation of this paper,mainly from the macro and micro two aspects,to establish an appropriate level model of social endowment service in China.On the macro level,according to the moderate level model of Professor Mu Huaizhong's social security,this paper analyzes the supply characteristics of social old-age service,constructs a moderate level model of the social old-age service in our country,and analyses and calculates the upper and lower limits of the appropriate level of the supply of social endowment services in our country,and analyzes the current China through empirical research.Whether the supply of social endowment service is moderate.From the micro level,it analyzes the supply of a certain aspect of social old-age service.This paper reflects the supply and demand ratio of social pension services to reflect the moderate supply level.The fifth chapter is the moderate level forecast and development of social endowment service in China,this part analyses and summarizes the conclusion of the article,according to the conclusion of the previous article,and forecasts the development trend of the social endowment service supply level and the moderate level of our country in the next ten years,and proposes to deal with our country.The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of social old-age service industry.
