At present,China is experiencing the world's largest,the longest duration,the fastest growing population aging process,social and economic development and people's lives and other areas are deeply affected."The old and the old" problem is serious,the traditional family pension function by the number of children to reduce the process of urbanization and other factors become increasingly weak,the elderly in rural areas on life care,spiritual comfort and other needs of the pension resources can not be met.However,at present,the supply of rural old-age resources in the quantity and quality are difficult to completely make up for this "vacancy",therefore,the study of supply patterns,build multi-subject,multi-level rural multi-year pension service system,to create a good old-age environment to meet the elderly People increasingly rich pension needs,so that the elderly have a stable state of life.This paper attempts to study the rural pension problem in this context.Based on Maslow 's theory of demand hierarchy,social embedded theory and cooperative governance theory,this paper adopts the methods of literature research,investigation and statistical analysis,case interviews,and the demand for pension resources of rural elderly in Aohan Banner,Chifeng City And the status of the supply of the field investigation,through the collection of the questionnaire on the basic situation of the elderly in rural areas,the demand for old age resources,pension and other information analysis and found that the elderly the most demand for economic security,followed by health care,once again for the spirit of comfort The This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the needs of the elderly in rural areas by using the multiple linear regression model,including the age,the number of children,the living conditions,the physical condition and the income.Then,the paper analyzes the supply content,mode and supply subject of the research area,and points out the current situation of the mismatch between supply and demand,and analyzes the reason.Based on the imbalance of rural demand and supply of old-age resources,the construction of rural multi-year pension service system,clear the main responsibility,the establishment of different needs of the elderly to meet the multi-level pension services.Finally,from the government,community,market and social forces,the family and the elderly themselves to improve the rural diversified pension service system policy recommendations.
