The Intercultural Communication Of Youth Subculture

As a popular global youth subculture form,hip-hop culture has attracted a large number of fans in many countries,formed a unique cultural phenomenon in contemporary society,but the researches on not enough thorough and complete results,mostly one-sided research,therefore the author will make a more systematic study on hip-hop culture in this thesis.This paper gives a detailed interpretation of hip-hop culture from two perspectives,which are youth subculture and intercultural communication,elaborates the development of hip hop culture,basic elements,characteristics,aesthetic taste,subculture traits,intercultural communication process and its communication mode,and summarizes the value of hip-hop culture,predicts the future development mode,in order to enlighten the academia and industry to start a discussion.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,mainly introduces the research background,research purpose,research significance,research methods and related research review,the main innovation part of this thesis is the review and interpretation of the hip-hop culture from the youth sub culture and cross culture communication perspective.The second chapter mainly summarizes the development process of hip-hop culture,summarizes the connotation and denotation of the basic elements of hip-hop culture,and summarizes the core characteristics of hip-hop culture,namely,anti resistance,catharsis,inclusiveness,creativity,permeability and self identity.The third chapter demonstrates the subculture attribute of hip-hop culture from the perspective of subculture of youth,to borrow from Birmingham school youth subculture theory of hip-hop culture style in detail,that is the unique style of hip-hop culture,is a kind of psychological crisis solution,at the same time with the escape of style characteristics.At the same time,it demonstrates the ritual resistance of hip-hop culture,and thinks that hip-hop culture has a hostile attitude.But the way of resistance is symbolic micro resistance strategy,which focuses on the deconstruction of mainstream culture.In addition,demonstrates the hip-hop culture to be incorporated and its fate to incorporate resistance behavior,reveals the hip-hop culture sub cultural characteristics.The fourth chapter reviews the development history of hip-hop culture in China and propagation characteristics from intercultural communication perspective,demonstrates the cause of hip-hop culture as a low context culture can form a breakthrough situation in the high context atmosphere Chinese,and will spread in the process of decoding errors are analyzed and discussed.The fifth chapter discusses the values of hip-hop culture,hip-hop culture and artistic value that is the internal support,and its commercial value is the external power for development,and according to the analysis and discussion of hip-hop culture,from the perspective of hip-hop culture,it reveals its inspiration to the development of youth subculture,summed up the future development path and development direction.
