The paper uses of method of law hermeneutics and case studies discussed the interpretation of the 185 articles of the “General Principles of Civil Law”,clarifying that its normative purpose is not only to protect the names, portraits, reputations, and honors of the heroic and martyrs, but also to protect the public interests of society. The articles contained in the article are heroes, martyrs, and those who have the same quality and social significance as the heroes of the heroes.Heroes refer to heroes dedicated to the interests of the people and heroes of natural death. The martyrs have the Regulations for the Warriors and the Preferential Treatment for Military Persons."To confirm. The method of infringement of the heroic martyrs should be applied analogically to the third article of the judicial interpretation of the application of moral damage compensation. The names, portraits, honours and honours of the infringing objects,ie heroic martyrs, should be interpreted in an expanded manner. The public interest should be reduced accordingly. The exercise of the right of claim shall be exercised by close relatives and procuratorates, that is,if the interests of heroes and martyrs are infringed upon, the close relatives exercise the right to make the request. If no near relative or close relative does not sue,the procuratorate may infringe on its heroes. When the martyrs' personal interests harm the public interests, they bring lawsuits to the people's courts in accordance with law.During the term of protection, the portion that has not been converted into social public interest shall be limited to the time when close relatives are present, and the portion that is converted into social public interest shall be permanently protected.
