In recent years,the people's court has accepted a number of civil cases involving the rights and interests of heroic martyrs,Such as "The case on Qiu Shaoyun "," The case on Langya five warrior " and so on.These cases have aroused great concern in the community,causing the public to question the deeds of the heroic martyrs.Honor of the heroic martyrs has been criticized.Faced with this phenomenon,the General Provisions of Civil Law have made new provisions.Relevant laws and regulations such as the Tort Liability Act,the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Determination of the Liability for Compensation for the Spirit of Civil Tort Discrimination,and the Commendation of Martyrs Ordinance Provisions.Therefore,it is necessary to discuss the civil law protection of the reputation of heroic martyrs in combination with specific cases.In view of this,this article focuses on the protection of the civil rights of the heroic martyr's reputation.On the basis of reviewing the classic case of reputation right of heroic martyr,Firstly this article defines the concept of heroic martyrs.Secondly,it analyzes the protection related issues of reputation rights of heroic martyrs.Thirdly,I inspect the laws and regulations on the protection of reputation rights of heroic martyrs in our country.Finally,based on the above research,we put forward corresponding suggestions on how to protect the reputation of heroic martyrs.Through the discussion of the above four aspects,we can protect the reputation of heroic martyrs from the perspective of civil law.
