Research On Government Crisis Management Under The Background Of New Media

During the social transformation,the public crisis also showed an outbreak trend,especially in the new era,the new media,the new situation,The sudden public crisis in our country reveals that our original management experience can not be completely satisfied with the current crisis management and response.Some of the crisis events reflect the lagging and weak mechanism of crisis management in our country under the new situation.At the same time,there are immature governance policies,huge investment but little effect.There is also a lack of control over the spread of self-media news.This paper uses the theory of silence spiral and the theory of governance and literature research,and the case analysis method to study the government crisis management under the new media.Through the case,we find that the governmentundefineds crisis management under the new media has the following problems: the government management system mechanism does not keep pace with the times,and the government has insufficient awareness of the network public opinion under the new media background.There are many reasons for the governmentundefineds regulatory policy facing the new media.There are many reasons,both subjective and objective.From the ideological point of view,it is the obsolescence of the government management thought;from the mechanism,the supervision mechanism of the network public opinion is not perfect;in law,it is not perfect in laws and regulations and evaluation system.On this basis,we should constantly improve the governmentundefineds crisis management ability.First,improve the ability of the government to deal with the public crisis;secondly,create the road of public crisis management in the era of big data;again,improve the laws and regulations and evaluation system;finally,play the role of media self supervision.It is hoped that this paper will give more targeted suggestions on the management of the government in response to the public crisis through the omission of the government undefined response to the explosion in Tianjin Binhai New area.It can be used for reference in promoting the government undefined ability to deal with such incidents and improving its efficiency.
