On The Circuit Court System Of The Supreme People's Court In The Background Of Judicial Reform

Judiciary plays a decisive role in the state and social life.However,at present,our judicial environment and judicial resources are not enough to meet the needs of economic and social development and people's needs.We must make judicature step by step towards modernization and scientization through judicial reform.The eighteen session of the third and fourth plenary session,a new round of reform of the judicial system gradually expanded,the Central Committee has issued a number of documents and the establishment of the judicial reform,the Supreme People's court Circuit Court(hereinafter referred to as the circuit court)is one of the highlights of many reform measures in the background of the circuit court in our current judicial status and under the judicial reform it is necessary to research.At present,six circuit courts have been set up in China.Since its establishment,academia and practitioners have discussed it enthusiastically,and the circuit courts have been running for a period of time,and have accumulated some experience.In order to ensure the judicial reform to achieve good results,shorten the trial reform cycle,reduce the cost of trial and error,so we should study using literature research method and system analysis method,empirical analysis method systematically the jurisdiction of the circuit court and the scope of the case,judicial affairs,judicial support staff,professional judges conference and the judge's work and life security etc..In the face of the current problems and shortcomings,the circuit court should reform and improve the arraignment and jurisdiction system and strengthen the judicial administrative work,improve the employment system of personnel management,improve the professional judges conference system and the strengthening of the circuit court staff living security aspects,to ensure that the circuit court can play its due role.
