A Study On The Evolution Of The Idea Of Governing The State For CPC Since The Reform And Opening-up

The concept of governance is the understanding of the ruling party to the value orientation,aim,ways and methods in its governing the country.Although the Chinese Communist Party has formed the different forms of governance in the process of governance,its concepts of governance are really consistent,i.e.they are based on the theoretical guidance of Marxism and the purpose of serving the people.Since the reform and opening up,each generation of collective leadership for the Chinese Communist Party has formed its own ruling style to conform the times requirements through the gradual theoretical creation and practical exploration for the ruling purpose and mode.Meanwhile,the ruling mode such as democratic,scientific,ecological and law-based governance has been deepened and created in the evolving process of CCP’s governance concepts.The evolving experience of CCP’s governance concepts is characterized with advancing with the times in guiding thought,governing for the people in core value orientation,and innovation in ruling means and methods,the thesis summarizes the above features and has researched some questions for the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The thesis consists of the four chapters.The first chapter analyzes the CCP’s governance concepts including the governance concepts of the ruling party,CCP’s governance concept and theoretical origin of CCP’s governance.The relationship between the governance concepts of the ruling party and CCP’s governance concepts are general and specific.Furthermore,the three theoretical sources of CCP’s governance have been explored in it.The second chapter expounds the causes and effects of evolving concepts of CCP’s governance since the reform and opening up.The reasons of evolving concepts of governance have been expounded from the changes of the world,nation and party,which have affected the evolving process and the methods of CCP’s governance.The evolving results,including Deng Xiaoping’s concept of governance,Jiang Zemin’s concept of governance,Hu Jintao’s concept of governance and Xi Jinping’s concept of governance have been expounded to seize the main line of the evolving concept of CCP’s governance.The third chapter has an important analysis for the main evolving experience of CCP’s governance concepts including democratic,scientific,ecological and law-based governance and finds the four evolving veins of CCP’s governance concepts from their respective connotations and innovations.The last chapter expounds the important lessons which have resulted from the evolving concepts of CCP’s governance since the reform and opening up,including the three evolving features based on advancing the times in guiding thought,ruling for the people in value orientation and creation in ruling mode,and severalquestions of CCP’s governance for the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics by means of the improvement of ruling abilities,deepening of law-based governance practice and strengthening of ecological environment.
