Research On Urban Community Neighborhood Relations Under Perspective Of The Stakeholder Theory

The community is the basic unit of urban society,and he harmony of the neighborhood relationship in the urban community directly affects the social stability and long-term stability.In the forty years of the reform and opening-up,with the development of social economy,the social structure of the city has undergone earth-shaking changes,the pace of life of urban residents has accelerated,the public communication platform has been lacking,and the emotional communication between the neighbors of the urban community has been less,so that the relationship has become increasingly superficial and utilitarian.The new community neighborhood mechanism has not yet been established,and the urban community neighbourhood relationship is gradually declining,which threatens the social harmony and stability of the urban community.Therefore,it is imminent to build a new type of urban neighborhood relationship.Existing researches mostly analyze the neighborhood relationship from the perspectives of social organization functions and local governance,while there are relatively few researches at the micro level,which can not form a complete research system.In view of this,this paper,from the perspective of stakeholder theory,takes the W Community in Nanchang as the research object,and analyzes the status quo and problems of the new community neighborhood relations through questionnaires and interviews.The study finds that with the transformation of society,urban communities have gradually shifted from “unit people” to “community people”,and the urban community's neighbourhood relationship have gradually weakened,featuring low interaction frequency,low level and a strong utilitarian nature.This is related to the accelerated pace of life in the urban community,increasing population mobility,lack of public communication platforms,and the weakening effect of modern communication and leisure and entertainment methods.In order to reconstruct a harmonious community neighborhood relationship,it is necessary to enrich community cultural activities,build a platform and space for the cooperation and exchange among stakeholders including government(quasi-government)organizations,community residents,community organizations,etc.and improve relevant mechanisms to effectively promote the harmonious development of community neighborhood relationship,and then advance the development and stability of the entire society.
