Research On The Neighbourhood Relations Of Its Influencing Factors And Government Governance Strategy In Newly-built Urban Districts

In the modern society with rapid economic development,the living standards have undergone tremendous changes.In people's general consciousness,the neighborhood relationship of traditional communities is better than that of modern newly-built communities.So,do residents living in urban newly-built communities still agree with the argument that “a near friend is better than a far-dwelling kinsman ”? Is it still craving for a good neighborhood relationship? In addition to the factor of the social environment,what other factors affect the neighborhood relations of residents?Based on the study of community neighborhood relationship,taking the new urban area named Chengdu Hi-tech Zone as the research object,we divide the factors affecting neighborhood relationships in the community into three main aspects,individual attributes,community attributes and social attributes respectively.The individual attribute factors include gender,age,occupation,education,etc.Community attribute factors include the construction of public space in the community,the housing type of the community,the community environment and the functional zoning in the urban area.Social attribute factors include the activity organization by the community street office and the management level of the community property company.Through the questionnaire collection,the current status of the residents' neighborhood relationship in the newly-built urban area and the actual display of each influencing factor,analyzing the influence of each influencing factor on the neighborhood communication and verifying them by data analysis software.The results of data analysis show that educational background in individual attributes,public spaces,housing type and community environments in community attributes,the number of social organizations and management level of the community property company in social attributes are important factors affecting residents' neighborhood relationships.Therefore,in the construction of the community,we can use this as a starting point to provide necessary conditions and foundations for residents' neighborhood communication to build a harmonious community neighborhood relationship.
