3D Printing Research On The Object Of Copyright Problem

3D printing was evaluated as "third industrial revolution trademark production tools" by the economist magazine,it has advantages in low production cost,short production cycle,and individualized production.In recent years,the continuous development of 3D printing technology has brought new opportunities for all walks of life,and also brings social manufacturing subversive change.But in the process of 3D printing technology’s development,because of its replication convenience,easy to modify,individualized manufacturing features,it was called "weapon of piracy " by some people,and it has brought intense impact on existing intellectual property system in our country,So reexamine of relevant copyright system in our country based on 3D printing become very necessary.Copyright object is the basis of the research of copyright system,so the first thing we should clear the standards of copyright object,and then analysis of 3D printing process involved in the 3D printing raw material,3D data model,3D printing results,to determine whether the intellectual product should be included in the scope of the copyright by compared with the object protected by the current copyright law,to discover the shortcomings of existing copyright protection system under the environment of 3D printing,through the comparison and analysis we can find that 3D printing object is different from the existing copy of the object of copyright law protection,narrow concept to 3D printing not enough to regulation on copyright infringement,the reasonable use system,modify the right system is not very reasonable when it suitable for 3D printing objects,therefore,we can extend the scope of work,extend the coverage of copy right,perfect the system of rational use and modification power system,and introducing the copyright compensation system and other ways to deal with 3D printing from the object of copyright problem,thus reducing the 3D printing copyright infringement,to better balance the interests of the copyright owner of the 3D printing and the social public interests,promote the healthy and orderly development of 3D printing industry,and let more people enjoy the convenience and pleasure brought by 3D printing technology.
