Research On Consumers Debt Clearance System Of Taiwan

The consumer debt liquidation system in the Taiwan region of China is a system that allows consumers to apply for debt liquidation that was established around the"Consumer Debt Liquidation Regulations".It is actually a system that allows natural persons to apply for bankruptcy.The establishment of a bankruptcy system for natural persons has become a trend in all countries and regions of the world.Studying the consumer debt liquidation system in Taiwan will help us to understand the theoretical connotation of the bankruptcy system of natural persons in a more comprehensive manner and thoroughly examine the consumer debt liquidation system in Taiwan,thus further providing reference for the improvement of the bankruptcy system in the mainland.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the related concept of the consumer debt liquidation system,the origin of the system,the basic concept,and the "Constitution"basis of the consumer debt liquidation system in Taiwan;The second chapter focuses on the value orientation and features of the consumer debt liquidation system in Taiwan.The third chapter takes right to life and property right in the "Constitution" of Taiwan region as the main line,and studies the contents of the consumer debt liquidation system in Taiwan region;The fourth chapter focuses on the implementation of the right to life and the property right.This paper combs the effectiveness of the consumer clean-up system in Taiwan,and puts forward suggestions for the bankruptcy of natural persons in China's mainland.This selection question is based on the study of consumer debt liquidation in Taiwan and is based on the bankruptcy of natural persons and the basic theory of the right to life and the property right of the "Constitution" in Taiwan.In-depth examination of the main contents and practical effects of the right to life and the property right of the consumer debt clean-up system in Taiwan region.While examining the value orientation and legislative techniques of the consumer debt liquidation system in Taiwan region,the effectiveness of the system is also examined to help the mainland.
