Study On The Grassroots Procuratorate Information Construction

For many years,procuratorial agencies at all levels have paid high attention to information construction,electronic procuratorial work has been conducted in procuratorial agencies more and more profoundly and widely,modern science and technology has been deeply applied to procuratorial work,and information technology has played an increasingly prominent role in enhancing judicial handling of cases,deepening the opening of procuratorial work,and raising judicial credibility.In general,procuratorates at all levels have made a series of remarkable progress in information construction.However,in the information construction of procuratorate agencies,many problems remain.For example,scientific mandatory testing is experiencing unbalanced development,and information construction of the procuratorates at grass-roots level is backward,and furthermore,some problems are peculiar to procuratorates at this level.Thus,it is necessary to conduct specific research based on the realities of the information construction of grassroots procuratorates,and work on countermeasures and suggestions for problems in the information construction of grassroots procuratorates so that information construction can serve front-line procuratorial work in a better way.In this paper,the information construction of grassroots procuratorates was taken as the study object,relevant papers were referenced to,and research thoughts and methods were teased out.Then an onsite survey was carried out on prefectural and municipal grassroots procuratorates,and current status of the information construction of grassroots procuratorates was set forth.Based on these work,a summary was made of the current status and problems of the information construction of grassroots procuratorates,and then the problems were classified and summed up as per their natures,with their root causes being investigated.After that,specific countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.This paper contains seven chapters,Chapter I is the introduction part,where an introduction is given to the research background and significance of the procuratorial information construction,the review of domestic and foreign studies,and the study contents and methods of procuratorial information construction.Chapter II is the overview of the procuratorial informatization theory,where a detailed introduction is given to the nature and functions of procuratorates,as well as the relevant theories of procuratorial information construction.Chapter III takes a grassroots procuratorate in City A of Shandong as an example and explores problems lying in the information construction of grassroots procuratorates.Chapter IV analyzes the reasons for the problems in the information construction of grassroots procuratorates in detail.Chapter V studies relevant information construction cases of grassroots organizations at home and abroad and summarizes the experience,providing reference for solutions to problems in the information construction of grassroots procuratorates.Chapter VI provides countermeasures and suggestions based on problems in information construction of grassroots procuratorates and their reasons by referencing to relevant papers,relevant theories of prosecutorial information construction,and the experience of handling relevant problems at home and abroad.Chapter VII gives summaries and outlooks.
