On Procuratorial Archives Of Grassroot Procuratorate In Hunan Province

Procuratorial organs are unfamiliar to ordinary citizens and little of their archives appeared in the publications. To making more people know what is the archives of the Chinese procuratorate and promoting the development of the archives, this paper summarizes the states of the records management in Hunan province, for example Xiangxi, Changde, Zhangjiajie, Changsha. And it analyses4causes for the situation. At the same time it gives a few recommendations.This thesis divides into six major parts altogether.The first part is an introduction.The second part sums up what is the procuratorial archives and what is the management of the special file. The achievements have leading attention and care, rationalization of institution setting, sound equipment and strong foundation work. Problems also exist, including4aspects.The fourth part studies the reasons that lead to these phenomena combining with works actually. They cause current situation in procuratorial archive management that covered archives consciousness of leaders, professional quality of manager, problems of employee turnover and misunderstanding of electronic document, and so on.In the fifth part, the writer throws out some suggestions from increasing awareness of archives, perfecting system, strengthening vocational training and promoting construction of archives digitalization.
