The Regulation Of International Law On Cyberspace Under The Cooperation Of Bric Countries

With the speeding up of the Internet,cyberspace has become a hot topic in the international community.Important international conferences must talk about cyberspace governance.On the one hand,this is because the threat of cyber security is a common problem facing the international community.On the other hand,there is no clear boundary between cyberspace.In the realm that a country can govern through domestic legislation,the international community needs to work together to formulate a universal application International rules of sexuality.Due to the differences in the national conditions,values and interests of different countries,it still takes time for efforts to formulate a unified rule.As a rapidly developing new economy,BRICS countries have more and more rights of participation and discourse in the formulation of international rules.Before the formation of unified international rules,BRICS countries tried to formulate regional governance rules on cooperation in the Internet area.On the one hand,they regulated the Internet activities within the BRICS cooperation to ensure network security and on the other hand,they were also the authoritative international The introduction of rules to provide theoretical and practical experience,strive for more rules in the formulation of discourse and decision-making power.The article studies the regulation of international law in the cyberspace under the cooperation of the BRICS countries.Starting from the BRICS countries,we first write about the governance status and cooperation of the BRICS countries in cyberspace,and then analyze and summarize them.Then,Some international level elaborates on the legislation of cyberspace and compares them with the governance of BRICS countries to draw the conclusion that BRICS countries should pay attention to in the future cyberspace governance.Finally,China's cooperation with BRICS countries Regulate the cyberspace make a few suggestions.The article consists of five parts.First,define the main concepts in writing,including cyberspace,global governance and the regulation of international law.The second part is about the application of international law in cyberspace,including the applicable development history and applicable status of international law in cyberspace,which leads to the necessity of BRICS cooperation in cyberspace.The third part focuses on the governance of cyberspace in BRICS countries,including thedomestic governance of cyberspace in BRICS countries and the progress of BRICS cooperation and governance in cyberspace,as well as the opportunities and challenges currently facing them.The fourth part is about the legislative process of other cyberspace governance platforms outside the Golden Brink platform on the regulation of international law in cyberspace,including the UN system,regional or specialized international organizations and non-governmental organizations.By comparing the BRICS platform with the BRICS The governance of the external platform and the conclusion that these platforms differ in the position of sovereignty,regulatory model and regulation center of gravity are the main reasons why a unified international cyberspace governance rule has not yet been formed.Taking China as the foothold,this paper analyzes the current situation of cyber security in China,the general situation of domestic legislation and the position of international cooperation,and then puts forward some tactics and suggestions on how China can participate in the cyber-governance cooperation cyberspace.It can be seen that the writing logic of the article is based on the application of international law in cyberspace and as a foothold in the formulation of international law applicable to cyberspace.It is precisely because the governance of the application of international law in cyberspace has been universally recognized by the international community.However,how to apply international law in cyberspace and which international law is applicable is that no agreement has been reached so far,which has resulted in the strengthening of cyberspace cooperation among BRICS States.It is very important to influence the formulation of international rules,which is also the significance of writing articles.
