On Liberty As The Essence Of Rights

Right is the core category in the theory of law,and the essence of right is the basis of all rights theory.It is the main content and purpose of this article to learn the essence of the right by drawing on the previous research methods and research results.There are many research results on the essence of rights.I think right is the self realization of man,and liberty is the essence of right.Through the discussion of the relationship between the will,the human and the liberty,I try to explain liberty is the fundamental attribute of human being.Absolute freedom is a kind of ultimate freedom,a possibility.In this sense,freedom and absolute reason and God are the same concepts.Negative liberty and positive liberty are the two liberty theory of political philosophy.I will sum up free of political philosophy as individual self determined,it absorbstwo comprehensive concept of liberty theory,positive and negative liberty constitute the concept of liberty,negative liberty and positive liberty are both inalienable part of liberty,it is the complete sense of liberty which of all people,to maintain human dignity,to make personal image based on between heaven and earth.In addition,I further explain that liberty is the essence of right through the important position of autonomy in civil law and liberty in political rights.Finally,because of the great influence of interest theory on the theory of rights,I will respond to this theory.
