The basis of the continuous improvement of human quality is physical health.It is the eternal topic of human beings to maintain the food safety and protect the health of the people.At the same time,it is also the cornerstone of social development and progress.In order to regulate and supervise the operators,sellers and countries of food production,many countries have carried out a lot of exploration and research.Many countries have formed complete laws and regulations in the field of food safety to protect their own food safety.With the deepening of reform and opening up and the gradual improvement of people's living standards,food safety in our country has been paid more and more attention.In combination with the reality of our country,the state has also formulated relevant laws and regulations in the aspect of food safety supervision."the people.In 1921,the root of the country also,sincerely should pay attention to its food,love its life.Food safety is by no means a trivial matter.It is a strategic issue of both political and livelihood significance.It concerns the fundamental stability of the country,the Party's governing ability,and the vital interests of the people.People have the right to supervise food safety in order to protect their legitimate interests,and public opinion has become one of the most important tools for food safety supervision.The supervision by public opinion of food safety has unparalleled natural advantages and defects which can not be ignored.It must be standardized,protected and guided by legal means in order to improve the efficiency of supervision.This food safety supervision of the legal issues of public opinion is particularly important.Firstly,based on the literature analysis of food safety supervision at home and abroad,this paper excavates the theoretical basis of food safety supervision,and puts forward the legal significance of food safety supervision from the perspective of consumers' rights to survival,development,information and supervision.Based on the theoretical basis of food safety supervision and the development of practice in China,the present situation of public opinion supervision on food safety in China has been preliminarily analyzed from the aspects of achievements and problems,and based on the preliminary analysis conclusions,the legislation of food public opinion supervision has been introduced.The main legal problems existing in the supervision of public opinion on food safety in China are systematically analyzed in the aspects of subject,mode,behavior and so on.Then,based on the food safety in China,the main legal problems are analyzed.The whole supervision problem,this research from the food safety supervision starting point,the basis,the means,the system design,the social foundation and so on,has carried on the analysis and the reference to the extraterritorial food safety public opinion supervision practice;finally,this research from the legislation,the law enforcement,In the aspects of judicature and legal guarantee,this paper puts forward the legal framework and system operation mechanism to improve the performance of public opinion supervision on food safety in China.This study is based on the perspective of law,combined with the relevant knowledge of journalism and communication,using the theory of crisis management,public opinion supervision theory,starting from the main legal issues of food safety supervision of public opinion,and learning from the mature theories and experiences of foreign countries.This paper puts forward the legal framework and system operation mechanism of public opinion supervision on food safety in China,in order to improve the theoretical support and practical reference for the supervision of public opinion on food safety in China,in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and realize food safety in China.Promote greater social harmony.
