| In recent years, the successive occurrence of food safety issues has caused not only the damages to people’s lives and health,but also a bad social impact. Although in the promulgation of the Food Safety Law, China has increased the penalties for illegal food production and operation activities, which has not fundamentally solved the problem. Illegal production and business activities still exist, emerging food safety issues on people’s health and safety of life and property still cause damage. Therefore,our country still needs to constantly improve the legal system of food safety supervision, so as to effectively protect people’s health, life and property safety more.In this paper, I have put China’s food safety supervision legal system continuous improvement as angle conception, summarizes and analyzes the present problems existed in our country legal system of food safety supervision through three typical food safety case. Then introduced the foreign food safety regulatory legal system with s few inspiration, such as the establishment of the whole process of food safety supervision system from the farmland to the table, enhancing the intensity of illegal punishment and so on. At last, it puts forward the countermeasures to improve the legal system of food safety supervision in China. Firstly, defining the basic meaning of food safety in the law, and further increasing the penalties for violations, deterring illegal food production and management behavior, ensuring the food safety with more force; Secondly, on the basis of our current level of technology, we should constantly improve the food safety standards system and food safety inspection system, which is about to play an important technical foundation for food safety supervision; Finally,establishing the food safety supervision system which is from "farm to table" in China so as to realize the whole process of food safety supervision and protect the legitimate interests of the public in a better level. |
