On The Legal Peotection Of The Rights And Interests Of Chinese Tourists

At present,China's tourism industry has become one of the major contributions to the economic development of industry,showed a strong momentum of development at the same time with many problems,such as for tourism consumers' rights and interests of the infringement problems.Tourism consumer is an important subject to promote the development of tourism industry.The protection of tourism consumers' rights and interests and tourism consumption experience are closely related to the benign development of tourism industry.The tourism law of the People's Republic of China(hereinafter referred to as tourism law)in 2013,the provisions of the tourists,tour operators,tourist industry comprehensive content,such as the rights and obligations of the parties such as the main body to maintain played a positive role in the tourism market order.However,although the tourism law gives the tourism consumers a lot of rights,the actual implementation is very few,there are still more to be perfected.The first part of the article introduces the purpose,significance and actuality of the thesis.The second part is an overview of the relevant laws of tourism consumers and their legal rights and interests.It is mainly for tourism consumer's connotation,tourism consumer rights protection has the particularity and the content.The third part analyzes the existing problems of the protection of the legal rights and interests of tourism consumers in the form of legislative,law enforcement,judicial and other aspects.The fourth part analyzes the existing problems of the protection of the rights and interests of tourism consumers in China,and analyzes the causes from the aspects of legislation,law enforcement and judicial administration.The fifth part is to propose the legal protection of tourism consumers.The sixth part briefly summarizes the article.
