South Korea, The Development Of Tourism And Its Reference

The contemporary tourist industry has become the largest and most prosperous industry in the world. The rapid growth in tourist industry has enabled many countries and regions to take it as a key industry for their economic development, support and promote it.In the 1990s , with the transformation of the economic center, international tourism became a rising star in the Asia桺acific region. To seize the golden opportunity, china has decided to further develop tourist industry as a leading industry. So as to make the industry listed the 15 place,compared with the previous 40 place. With its growth China's tourist industry and its "hardware" construction has been strengthened and perfected, but its "software" building still lag behind, especially there is a shortage of such professionals as people majoring in tourist economy, tourist cultural theory studies and the training of talented personnel . Thus , it is of urgent importance for us to learn from the developed countries and offset our deficiencies in the development of our tourism .Korea is one of the developed countries in Asia tourism . Since the 1960s ,it has been developing its tourist industry which has become a pillar industry in its economy .Korea is on a peninsula ,covering a area of 99,000 square kilometers .compared with China, it lacks enough tourism resources .then ,how has Korea become a strong tourist base in Asia in such a short time ?The thesis aims to make a specific analysis of the development process and superiority of Korea's tourist industry so as to benefit our country's tourism and provide useful reference for rapid development of China's tourist industry .This thesis consists of five parts: I .introduction; II .Korea natural conditions and tourism; III.Development of Korea's tourist industry and its present state ; IV.The advantages of Korea's tourist industry ; V.Some enlightenments from the development of Korea.
